Strata because there seems to be layers or 'strata' exposed by the lacquer. Enigmatic and ancient, the Strata box is a material developed in the Alexander Lamont studio's. Creating textures that can be revealed by natural lacquer is a constantly inspiring pursuit and in this box we managed to make something that feels other-worldly.
